Class B Converted Van for Artist's RV

I am in the market to purchase an RV so I have something to live in while I travel to fairs to vend my artwork. I am concluding that it will be easier and more economical to start small. Towing Honda Pilot

We have a 07 Honda Pilot. Manufacturer says "no towing", not even on a dolly.Others tell me its being done safely, yet I've never seen one being tow'd or know of anyone who's done it. Anyone out there know someone who is catually doing it? Love to connect with them and find out what the truth is. I'd hate to have to purchase or trade mine in for the sake of towing (or not to)! Just signed up the other day to this site.. heard about it on twitter. We have a class c motorhome and love taking it out for trips. We have 5 children... ages 20 to 15 and as they are starting to move out we are looking forward to more trips without them.
